Sukhpal has over 29 years of cumulative work experience in the marine industry, as a sailing Chief Engineer and ashore in various technical management roles with reputed ship management companies such as BSM, Executive Ship Management, Gold Star Line HK (subsidiary of Zim Corp) and Wallem Group. Special deputation to represent the Wallem Group in the US to manage special rail ferries and NYK's PCTC ships. In charge to troubleshoot and conduct technical inspections and ISM audits for various type of ships calling USA managed by Wallem Group, and supervised repairs on vessels calling American ports. Sukhpal holds Class 1 MEO Certificate from South Tyneside College UK, DNV certificate in PSC inspections. He is a DNV certified ISM Internal Auditor, certified Yanmar Engineer, and a certified investigator for hull and structural damages.
Technical Manager
Kim is ex-Marine Chief Engineer with 30 years of experience in all kinds of vessels' structural damage repair and retrofits of , various Marine Engines, Generators, and other auxiliary machineries. Before moving to USA in 2007, Kim was a technical team leader of Chiba Marine Japan and a part owner of Chiba Marine Korea.
Project Manager
16 years experience in managing projects, especially marine repairs and installation of ship structure, equipment and various machineries. Class certified welder (Stainless steel, cupro-nickel, and mild-steel).
